KONA GARDEN ESTATES ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING
Call to Order: 10:10 AM PST
Roll Call: Steve Weiler, Barb Goles, Julie Buer, Dan Goles, Jessie Rex, Dave Steacy Quorum confirmed.
Owners Present: Paul Solis, Russell Serion JR, Shelby Howe, Shawn & Tonie Ogimachi, Alex & Olga Kebernik, Micah Daniel, Don & Elezabeth Kukinow, Kevin & Katherine Bubna, Walter David, Josie Coleman, Joseph Esposito, Michael Smith, Veda Hackell, Tomislav Gracanin, Oscar & Elisa Dalmacio, Joanna Castaneda

Minutes of 2022 Annual Meeting Approved: Steve/Barb All
2022 Financial Report Presented
Point of Order by Mike Smith. He challenged the decision to hold back proxies from owners who were past due in their payments. Despite attempts by board members and owners to stay with the agenda, Mike Smith, Walter David, and Paul Solis continuously disrupted the meeting with claims of illegal procedure, theft, denial of documents, ad nauseum. It became obvious the meeting could not continue with these owners on site. All owners were promised an email response from the Board discussing the underlying issues causing the disruption. The police were called, but the disruptive parties left before they arrived.
The annual meeting was adjourned at 10:59 with a continuation scheduled for no less than 30 days after, and all parties to be notified via email.

Treasurer’s Report for 2022
New Business
-Proposed bylaw rewrite available to all to read on KGE website. Final revision to be ratified on March 1, 2023 via email vote of board.
-Erin Bedell was elected to the Board for a two year term.
-2023 Road Plan calls for getting estimates to gravel and level side roads. Proposal to be prepared for apron and side road damage repair costs.
-Approval of revised 2023 budget: Julie/Jessie All
-Gate Codes for 2023 will be (March 1 – June 30) 4696. (July on) 4936
