ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING: Saturday 01/11/2025 @ 3PM Ocean View Community Center Main Hall, indoors, chairs provided. There are no teleconference capabilities available.
We hope you can join us! The board will report on the state of KGE and its finances. There will be no discussion, input, nor motions other than procedural as specified by HRS 421i, 414d, and roberts rules
2025 Annual Meeting Agenda:
Annual Assessments are due 01/01/2025, late after 03/01/2025 (60 Days).
A 10% yearly late fee will be applied on the balance of your account if payment is not made in full by 03/01/2025.

Sharing of gate codes should be limited to those who live in KGE & their guests!

All current board members: Steve Weiler - President, Joshua Howe - Vice President, Shelby Howe - Treasurer, and Katrina Daume - Secretary have one more year of their 2-year terms to serve. The other two board members elected in 2024 have resigned. No new candidates have come forward to join the board, so there is no ballot this year for candidate voting. If you are interested in joining the board, please contact us or let us know at the annual meeting.
