ONLINE PAYMENTS:
- Yearly road maintenance assessments are due on January 1ST of each year
- Any assessment not paid within sixty (60) days of its due date shall be considered delinquent
- A late fee of 10% will be charged on the total outstanding balance of each account after the 60 days
- Please contact the board if you need an updated account balance or would like to discuss a payment plan to bring your account current
- All members may pay by check, money order, or cashier's check mailed to the KGE Service Corporation mailing address below or you may pay online via PayPal on our Online Payments page.
- Please note a processing fee will be added to all online payments. The amount depends on the type of payment you are making.
- All KGE invoices/mailings are sent to the parcel mailing address and owner of record on the County of Hawaii website
- It is your responsibility to keep your mailing address updated with the county and with KGE, and to provide legal documentation related to the ownership/trustees of any trust listed as the owner of a KGE property, upon request by the board.
- We do not accept cash
- Board members do not accept payments directly

Association Annual Meeting Rules:
- This is a private meeting and attendance is restricted to members in good standing, proxy holders representing members in good standing, Board members, and other persons who have been specifically invited by the Board. All others are required to leave.
- Members desiring to speak must raise their hand, and be recognized by the Chairman each time they wish to speak.
- All remarks must be directed to the Board, not directly to other members. Personal attacks, vulgarity, or offensive language will result in loss of debate privileges and being removed from the meeting venue.
- Long and complicated motions must be in writing and delivered to the Chairman, signed by the maker and seconder. This will help avoid confusion and ensure that everybody knows the exact wording of the motion.
- Discussion is limited to the topic or motion currently being considered. Therefore, off topic conversation or long discussions without a motion will not be allowed.
- In order to ensure that everybody has a chance to speak, each individual shall have a limit of 2 minutes per speech and a limit of 2 speeches per debatable motion.
- Election debate for elected office shall be limited to one speech per nominee for a maximum of 2 minutes per speech.
- Voting on any motion (including the election) will remain open for 10 minutes, (or until the results are announced).
- No video-taping or other electronic recording is permitted during any of the proceedings unless first approved by the Association members at the meeting. (except for the production of the minutes)
- The board of directors is authorized to approve the minutes of the Association meetings.
